The Vision
Our goal is to be the world’s leading cocktail foamer brand for both bartenders & consumers when using a plant-based alternative to egg whites while creating a standard staple on bar tops to be seen and enjoyed worldwide.
The Process
Using Sam’s background in the world of bartending, flavour & spirits, a recipe was developed through a lot of research & development. The magic recipe consists of natural extracts, corn-based emulsifiers, citric acid & the addition of 18% alcohol for preservation.
These ingredients are all assembled & bottled at a distillery in The Netherlands and are ready to be shipped worldwide!
Where it all started....
Our Beginnings...
In 2021, Sam went on holiday to visit his mother who had never consumed a cocktail with egg – white or a vegan foamer in her life. He introduced her to a ‘vegan cocktail foamer’ from The Netherlands to which she responded ‘’ I use something else for my cooking that’s much better than this!’’
Stubborn as Sam is, he thought this was completely nonsense till he tried it in a cocktail and realised that he’s on to something. Throughout the past years he’s developed this recipe and came to name the product after the mother that coincidentally has been using this ingredient and who happens to be a doctor: Maie Yanni. Therefore, leading to the name of the brand Dr. Yanni’s Magic Foamer.
